NOTES: - Subject #009 has exited the birthing chamber without any major biological flaws or disfigurement. However, under low-light conditions her irises seem to have a bioluminescent property commonly found in glow worms of deep caves. Dr. Kyle Donner, the head operator in charge of this particular serum engineering, ensured us that the serum was done correctly, but that is yet to be proven. Thus far, the next step is to revise the serum and omit the glow worm sample. Maybe #010 will be the breakthrough needed for the program to finally take off. Subject #009 is currently being listed as another anomaly.
- Upon request of Dr. Marie, the Pet Distribution Exam has been cunducted. But Due to unforseen sircumstances, Domino will not be permitted to care for a pet from now on. When further studied, Subject #009 has shown aggression and distress toward the fellow staff and pediatricians present. PTSD recorded.
- Subject #009 has been noted returning a young #021 to the kids's sector of the laboratory. Unauthorized access, but due to good word and a lack of impulsive action, the disturbance has been pardoned. Permission for #021 to leave the kids's sector frequently, pending approval.
- Subject #009 has proven to be exemplary with her education. Quick thinking, outstanding problem solving skills and puzzle manipulation. Truly the model person with regards to wit and physical performance. All tests have been returning positive; no signs of previous aggression or distress.
- Due to popular request, Domino #009 will undergo a morality exam for release into the public environment. This exam will be the first of its kind and contains one difficult exam. Due to Subject #009's former recorded instability, her ability to do the right thing under immense pressure will be tested. With the countless positive reports for the past three years, the outlook seems to be positive.
- Examination resulted in failure. #009 has ended the life of #021, something we suspected would happen. Subject #009 has been subjected to lockdown and permanent detainment. Unsafe for release and dangerous to the rest of the lab's inhabitants. Dr. Marie has documented mania and depression in her reports.
