- Scans show noraml levels of intelligence, any early signs of development has been recorded. Upon presented with the puzzles and toys it appears she hasn't developed as drastically as we suspected. Continue monitoring.
- Subject 021 reported missing from the Infant Wing at roughly 09:17AM. Subject 009 has been rported tresspassing into the Infant Wing with Lyla in tow at 09:31AM. Breach has been pardoned. Both subjects are under observation.
- Approval for 021 to conregate with 009 is currently pending. But due to good word, approval seems definite.
- Subject 021 has been approved to spend approximately 4 hours each day within the Adolescent Wing. Behavior is being reported.
- Subject 021 has been observed as a balm to Subject 009's temperment and has improved the status of both patients's psychic evaluations. Positive influence recorded.
- Subject #021, Lyla, has been confirmed to participate in the first official Social Integration Exam.
- Subject 021 has unfortunately been eliminated from the program. Subject #009 is currently being reprimanded for the incident. Body disposal is currently in operation.
